How to Play 2 Minute Drill — and Win the Drive
Two Minute Drill (2 Minute Drill) hands you the last two minutes of a real NFL game — the real score, clock, timeouts and players — and asks you to make the calls. This guide explains how the game works, how your calls are graded, and the decisions that separate a good drive from a red one.

The short version
- One drive a day. Everyone gets the same real late-game situation, worked out from the calendar — no server picks it, and nobody gets a different one.
- You call the plays. Run, Pass, RPO or Trick, then the specific call — 27 of them — plus field goals, punts, spikes, kneel-downs and timeouts when they matter.
- Your calls are graded, not your luck. Each call is scored on win chance against the best option you had. A good call that didn’t work is still a good call.
- The clock is the real opponent. Most red grades come from ignoring time, timeouts and field position, not from picking the “wrong” play.
